This thesis analyzes the requirements of future-oriented visual identities for companies and communities. Both of them are in an continuous change processes involved. This forces them to reinvent their visual behavior and appearance constantly. To communicate an integrated corporate identity in a frozen, non-flexible appearance doesn’t fulfill the state of the art requirements for a future-oriented visual appearance. To overcome this situation, you have the possibility to use a dynamic identity for the visual appearance. This element is only one of many possibilities for an implementation of an identity.
